We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee and optimize administrative operations across the organization. This role will drive efficiency in knowledge management, storage systems, ESG initiatives, and general office administration. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational capabilities with a systems-thinking mindset and a practical approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Management
    • Develop, implement, and maintain knowledge management frameworks and systems.
    • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and accessibility of company policies, SOPs, and records.
    • Drive continuous improvement in information-sharing practices across departments.
  • Storage Management
    • Oversee physical and digital storage systems, ensuring proper organization, security, and compliance.
    • Manage inventory, office assets, and records retention policies.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for storage optimization and cost control.
  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Support
    • Support the development and implementation of ESG initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
    • Track, monitor, and report ESG-related metrics and compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to promote sustainability and responsible business practices.
  • General Administration
    • Manage daily administrative operations, including office facilities, procurement, and vendor management.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and services.
    • Lead administrative projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative management or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in knowledge management and office systems.
  • Familiarity with ESG principles and reporting frameworks is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools/systems.
