Job Description & Responsibilities
- Recording Financial Transactions: This includes daily data entry, processing invoices and receipts, and maintaining accurate records of all financial activity.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing the process of paying vendors and receiving payments from customers.
- Bank Reconciliations: Ensuring the company's bank records match the bank statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records in the general ledger, including journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and schedules.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Finance/accounting or business or related qualification.
- Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communications and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, meticulous and proactive.
- Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
- A good team player.
