About the job

The Revenue Operations team is looking for a Sales Plan Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales compensation programs.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate commission and incentive payments, maintaining compensation data integrity, and providing insights that help drive sales performance and business results.

As part of a collaborative global team, you'll partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to deliver compensation programs that motivate performance, support business objectives, and enable growth across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and making a measurable impact on sales effectiveness through compensation planning and administration.

As a Sales Plan Analyst, you will

  • Administer sales commission and incentive plans for sales and marketing teams.
  • Calculate commission and incentive payments in accordance with approved compensation plans and policies.
  • Review compensation reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Track, assign, and analyze sales credits used to determine commission eligibility and payouts.
  • Partner with sales leaders and employees to explain compensation models, answer inquiries, and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Maintain compensation system data, payout records, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the development, implementation, communication, and administration of sales compensation programs, plans, policies, and quotas.
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.

  • Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of sales compensation and commission administration processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
