We are looking for a Client Success Intern to join and support our Client Success team, for an initial 6-month internship. This internship would suit someone studying Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, and who is fluent in English. This internship would involve some travel to our offices in Marlow.
What you’ll be doing...
- The Client Success Intern will work closely with the regional Success Managers, who serve as business-use experts for a range of hospitality revenue management solutions.
- This role involves helping the Success Managers by conducting system audits, monitoring system performance, and creating internal resources.
- By supporting these initiatives, the intern will play a key role in improving system engagement, strengthening client relationships, and driving growth opportunities in the region.
- Become knowledgeable on IDeaS Solutions, with ongoing learning to understand new releases and functionalities.
- Prepare data visuals, PowerPoints, and other materials for client meetings.
- Review system configuration, outputs, and dashboards, and pro-actively identify business trends, to support clients’ business success.
- Assist with the administrative work of Success Managers, using Salesforce.
- Collect and organize data to detect areas for improvement within the system.
- Manage and coordinate internally to promptly resolve user support cases.
- Develop tools, when appropriate, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at IDeaS to drive better results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Do you qualify? You must have…
- Current enrollment in an accredited degree program such as Hospitality, Business, Statistics, Business Tourism, Computer Science, Analytics or related industry (This can also include candidates who are about to Graduate or have just Graduated).
- Interest in Hospitality or Hotel/Hospitality technology.
- Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative information.
- Organizational skills for managing commitments and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to intern with IDeaS for 6-12 months.
