What you’ll do:

- You have a unique opportunity to join the newest marketing department at SAS, the SAS Global Campaign Center (GCC). Since 2024, the GCC has been a global group of marketers working together to design and execute a full customer journey campaign strategy that’s activated around the world through direct and indirect channels.
- The GCC is comprised of five area teams focused on SAS’ core technology and industries, which represent the majority of our anticipated revenue. The teams are responsible for creating and delivering globally relevant campaigns that resonate with a customer or prospect throughout their full journey with SAS – from Reputation to Demand to Engagement.
- As an intern with the GCC, you may have an opportunity to work on the following projects:
- Partner with the Public Sector GCC to deliver a new global reputation program, delivering content, working with creative teams and managing internal communications.
- Participate in marketing meetings, assisting in translating business objectives into effective marketing activities and campaigns.
- Support Global events being delivered in the UK – opportunity to travel to London and be actively involved in event planning, on the day organization and event follow-up.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that drive demand and boost brand awareness.
- Create and improve internal Marketing communication and enablement content – ensuring all global marketing stakeholders can find what they need quickly and easily to adopt GCC programs.
- Operational support: supporting the team on operational tasks such as budget management and inputs into our internal MarTech systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree Type: Bachelor’s, Master’s
- Targeted majors: Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Digital Media, Marketing Communications, Business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc.)
- You have experience in one or more of the following types of programs: Canva, Adobe, HTML.
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are and influence everything we do.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and marketing trends.
- Strong organizational skills and initiative, project management.
- Confidence to ask relevant questions and share ideas – we want to hear your fresh perspective.
- Desire to deliver high quality work.
- Desire to take ownership and deliver work, with guidance and mentoring.
- Internship or experience in a marketing agency or other office work experience would be beneficial.
Location: Team is remote, but we are happy to meet in Marlow on a regular basis if local. If not, it will be remote.
