The Revenue Operations Team is looking to hire a Senior Associate Data Scientist to design and deliver analytical solutions for strategic use across the business. This role puts you at the center of revenue‑critical decisions, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to turn data into real business impact. You’ll help scale our analytics capabilities while growing your skills in a team that values curiosity, ownership, and authentic collaboration.

As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you will:

  • Lead meetings with division management and our internal customers in other divisions to define the business needs and analytical solutions to drive the business forward.
  • Build data assets, understanding much of SAS’s data as it pertains to the analytical requirements of the business. Data assets include ‘feature engineering’ to improve analysis, enhancing the feature store of revenue operations.
  • Conduct analysis that helps drive enhanced decision making in both revenue operations and other supported divisions (e.g. Sales, Customer Success Channels).
  • Build predictive models designed to help decision making across the business, using both supervised and unsupervised methods.
  • Ensure deployment of analytics in a scalable and automated manner (i.e. delivered with tools such as SAS Model Manager, into tools such as Revegy, Salesloft and CRM systems). Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to other team members in delivery of analytical solutions.
  • Document processes and procedures fully to enable auditing and sharing of content.
  • Prepare presentations in multiple formats to gain understanding and buy-in of work.
  • Complete monthly reports on core KPIs for key business partners.

Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics or similar technical quantitative field such as Engineering, IT, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Additional competencies, knowledge and skills:

  • SAS Programming skills and knowledge of the latest SAS Software (Visual Analytics, Model Studio, SAS Studio etc.).
  • Possess strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability to develop, explore, analyze, and present data and solutions to a business audience.
