The Regional Onsite Support role provides hands‑on IT support to employees across designated offices within the region. Acting as the local face of IT, the role focuses on supporting physical employee technologies, office IT environments, and local services, while working closely with central service desks and specialist IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide in‑person support for employee technologies, including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, device diagnostics, break/fix repairs, and equipment swaps.
- Support meeting rooms, audio‑visual equipment, training rooms, and local events, including setup and fault resolution.
- Service Management tenaciously working to meet or exceed challenging goals; defining success by goal achievement and continuous improvement.
