European Cargo Captain? Continue your career with SAS. SAS Crew Services Ltd. (an SAS Group company) is seeking experienced Captains to join the SAS Connect A320 fleet, based at London Heathrow (LHR). With assessment dates available from 8 June, we are keen to hear from experienced European Cargo Captains looking to continue their flying careers with a growing European airline.

We offer a position as Captain on our A320 Neo fleet in London, on a permanent full‑time contract that provides an excellent work/life balance, allowing you to make the most of our travel benefits and enjoy extra time with friends and family. Part‑time contracts are also available.

Following the recent closure of European Cargo, we recognise that many highly skilled and experienced pilots may be considering their next career move. We are keen to hear from Captains looking to transition into a leading European airline with a strong future, modern fleet, and ambitious growth plans. This is an exciting time to join SAS as we continue to expand our network, including the launch of our largest summer programme ever in 2026, with new routes and destinations across Europe. Operating a modern Airbus A320neo fleet, our pilots enjoy a diverse range of flying experiences across a comprehensive European network, from Nordic winter operations to some of Europe’s busiest airports and airspace environments.

As demand for air travel continues to grow and our Airbus fleet expands, we are investing in our future and our people. Requirements

  • ICAO Level 5 English Language Proficiency
  • No incidents or accidents
  • Right to Live and Work in UK (preferred)
