SAS Managed Services Ltd are looking for SIA and Event Staff to join an award-winning company for the summer season of events. We are recruiting for Festival Stewards and SIA staff to join our team! We have a large number of festivals and events planned in for the summer, so there is lots to get involved in. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals who are ready to grow with our team and work at some of the most thrilling music and entertainment events across the Midlands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of call for answering customer questions and helping direct customers within the event.
- Help manage the flow of customers at entry and exit points, particularly at the start and end of an event.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with event rules and regulations, including no-smoking areas and no-entry zones.
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team, and write incident reports as necessary.
- Work with other stewards, security team, and relevant staff to address safety concerns promptly.
BEHAVIOURS
- You are able to work independently or as a team, coordinating with other security staff and event management.
- You are able to remain calm and adapt when working in high-pressure situations.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and you conduct yourself professionally at all times.
- You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other security staff, clients and their customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety would be beneficial.
- SIA Licence (For Security Staff)
- ACT Certificate
