Responsibilities
- Administer commission and incentive plans for sales and marketing teams
- Calculate payments per approved plans and policies
- Review compensation reports for accuracy and compliance
- Track and analyze sales credits for eligibility and payouts
- Explain compensation models to stakeholders and resolve inquiries
- Maintain compensation system data, payout records, and documentation
- Support development and administration of plans, policies, and quotas

- Key requirements
- Experience in sales operations, sales administration, accounting, finance, or related field
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent)
