Overview
In this role you will lead Life Sciences cloud engagements, providing industry and solution expertise across the customer lifecycle. You’ll help customers adopt SAS Cloud platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning with SAS standards. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve risks and improve system stability, reducing operational burden. This position offers impact at scale in a growing cloud services practice and a chance to shape how life sciences customers leverage data and AI.
Responsibilities
- Provide industry and solution expertise to support SAS Cloud implementations across the customer lifecycle
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops, data discovery, analysis, reporting and demos to drive platform adoption and footprint expansion
- Ensure customer environments comply with industry regulations, SAS standards, and best practices
- Improve system stability and reduce operational burden through business/industry requirement translation
- Collaborate across internal and external teams to mitigate risks and enforce security policies for secure software development
Key requirements
- 5+ years of industry and/or technical experience
- 2 years in clinical trial analysis, consulting, systems support, or enterprise software training
- 2 years of experience with SAS, Java, and/or Python for enterprise applications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, MIS, or related)
- Life Sciences industry experience and clinical trial analysis for cloud customers
- Proof of right to work in the country
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered
