The Regional Onsite Support Team in Marlow is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of client computing devices, ie. Laptop, iPhone, meeting room equipment. Supporting our UK&I employees and IT operations including, hardware support, asset management, on/off boarding tasks, meeting room equipment support, event support, supplier engagement, stock control, communications to the business etc.

As an intern, you might:

  • Be required to work onsite at the Marlow office 5 days a week – wfh is not an option for this specific role.

  • Need to travel to another office for support purposes, ie. London, Glasgow offices

  • Be asked to review process documents and suggest improvements

  • Help with the roll out of iPhone upgrade

  • Be responsible for the upkeep of our internal asset management system

  • Be involved in future projects that affect our team

  • You’re a final year college student enrolled in an accredited program.

  • Targets majors include all the STEM facuties.

  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skills – little experience required but willingness to learn is essential, good problem solving skills and communication skills essential

  • Technologies – good understanding of Office 365 products. We use ServiceNow and Azure as our main platforms – experience of these is beneficial but not essential

  • Free SAS programming training and certification.
