The Inside Sales organization is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales to provide leadership, direction, and operational ownership for inside sales teams aligned to new software sales and net new logo acquisition. In this role, you will plan and execute growth strategies, lead and develop sellers, and partner closely with broader sales leadership to drive results. This role is well suited for a sales leader who enjoys developing people, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate strategy into results across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage inside sales teams to nurture leads & develop pipeline, achieve revenue, and net new logo targets aligned to business objectives.
- Plan and execute growth strategies for new software sales in partnership with senior sales leadership.
- Set, track, and review sales performance metrics, activity targets, and individual goals for inside sales staff.
- Hire, train, coach, mentor, and performance‑manage inside sales team members to support development and results.
- Provide guidance on territory assignment, account management practices, forecasting, and use of adopted sales methodologies.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to develop training, sales plays, campaigns, and product positioning.
- Maintain accurate business, leads progress tracking, pipeline, and performance data using internal CRM systems.
- Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross‑functionally.
