We’re seeking a residential conveyancer to join our team at SAS Daniels, based in our Macclesfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years’ experience who is looking to progress their career. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team and will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated conveyancing assistant.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including shared ownership transactions, new builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part, and remortgages.
- Manage files independently from initial instruction through to completion.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process throughout.
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.
- A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
- Experience using case management systems (P4W experience preferred).
