This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to strengthen their technical skills and play a meaningful role in delivering exceptional client service within a growing dispute resolution team. We are looking for someone who is proactive and well organised. In this role, you will gain exposure to high‑quality litigation and dispute resolution work, supporting senior staff across a range of complex and engaging matters. You will work closely with experienced colleagues throughout the full lifecycle of disputes, from preparing court documents and bundles, to managing client communication, attending hearings and meetings, and helping to ensure cases progress efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Support colleagues with supervised tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality and risk procedures.
  • Prepare court documents and bundles in line with instructions from senior team members.
  • Handle new enquiries in accordance with team processes.
  • Attend meetings, mediations, and court hearings to take detailed notes and upload to P4W (case management system).
  • Act as a point of contact in the absence of colleagues, manage calls and elevate urgent matters appropriately.
  • Provide routine client updates and draft follow‑up correspondence to progress matters efficiently.
  • Use initiative to make routine information requests and enquiries to move cases forward.
  • Send standard and non‑standard letters, managing enclosures, and ensuring all outgoing correspondence meets standards.

About you

  • You will be a proactive and motivated paralegal with a genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in dispute resolution, with exposure to areas such as commercial and contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes and property litigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using case management systems.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards.
