We are now seeking Captains for SAS Connect’s A320 fleet based in London Heathrow (LHR). These are exciting times as we enter a new era of growth, including the launch of our largest summer program ever in 2026 with new routes and destinations across Europe.
Our modern fleet of Airbus 320neo's supports a diverse route network, offering pilots a wide range of flying experiences — from challenging Nordic winter operations to navigating some of the world’s busiest airspaces. With strong demand driving global air traffic growth and our Airbus fleet expanding, we invite Captains to join an airline with ambitious plans to become bigger and better than ever before.
What we offer
- Position as Captain on our A320 fleet in London, on a full-time contract.
- 28 days of vacation per year, and fixed roster pattern 5 days on / 4 days off.
- Part-time contracts are also available.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Yearly Basic Salary £101,490.
- Expected Gross Annual salary incl. Duty pay (500hrs/yr) £117,090.
- Additional allowances.
- Loyalty Bonus: after 5 years, 5% of annual Salary.
- Worldwide staff travel benefits after 6 months.

Requirements
- EASA ATPL Licence.
- Valid A320 type rating.
- 4,000Hrs+ Total Time.
- 1,000Hrs+ as PIC on the A320.
- EASA Class One medical.
- Last A320 flight within previous 12 months.
- No incidents or accidents.
- Right to live and work in UK preferred.
- EASA A320 TRI/TRE preferred.
SAS Pilot Recruitment Process

- Online Interview– A live interview with one of our recruiters.
- Online Tests– Cognitive and personality assessments.
- Assessment Days– With group exercises, a simulator session, and a personal interview.
- Final Checks – Background screening, personal security interview, and drug & alcohol testing.
Please note: Each step in the recruitment process may be disqualifying. Candidates who are successful in the initial screening can expect to be invited for assessment during November and December 2025, with employment expected to begin in March 2026.
