Sartorius is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Operator to join our on‑site team in New Oxford, Pennsylvania.

In this role, you’ll accurately receive and record inbound materials, maintain inventory integrity, and pick and prepare raw materials and finished goods for production and customer shipments.

You’ll help ensure safe, accurate, and timely material flow throughout warehouse and logistics operations.

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Receive inbound material and non-inventory purchase orders, verify contents, and compare with records such as manifests, packing slips, or invoices to verify accuracy of incoming shipments
  • Record the receipt of material into company ERP system
  • Transfer material to incoming quality inspection and/or stock in appropriate warehouse
  • Organize and maintain stock shelves and warehouse in a clean, orderly fashion
  • Pick inventory and prepare as required for production
  • Pack and ship outbound product to customers
  • Accurately prepare appropriate paperwork for domestic and international shipments
  • Perform daily cycle counts and/or other inventory counts as required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
  • Perform all duties to comply with Sartorius and ISO procedures
  • Participate in department, site, and company-wide initiatives

What will convince us

  • 1+ year(s) shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Computer and data entry skills required; SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of shipping platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, SAP/ERP interface) preferred
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-tasking environment
  • Experience using pallet jack and/or forklift
  • Strong attention to detail in a warehouse environment
  • Takes ownership and accepts accountability for work completion and quality
  • Team player with initiative to improve processes and procedures
  • Overtime may be required
