Join our Tender Management team as a Tender Specialist and play a key role in driving commercial success across the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Nordics. In this position, you will coordinate and manage tender activities from opportunity identification through submission and post-tender follow-up, helping us deliver better health for more people. Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and external partners, you will ensure competitive and compliant tender submissions while supporting sustainable business growth across diverse international markets.

Grow with us - Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, monitor and evaluate tender business opportunities through tender announcement portals and other market intelligence sources across the UK, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end tender process from opportunity qualification through bid submission and post tender follow up
  • Review tender requirements, specifications, contractual terms and evaluation criteria to ensure compliant and competitive submissions
  • Act as the central coordinator between Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and external partners, ensuring timely delivery of all required documentation and information
  • Support bid/no-bid decisions by assessing opportunities, requirements, risks and commercial potential
  • Maintain tender pipelines, KPI reporting, win-rate analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

What will convince us

  • Several years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, Sales Operations or a comparable commercial role within an international B2B environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet challenging deadlines
  • Strong analytical, organisational and commercial skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret tender documentation, commercial requirements and contractual terms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • A structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Knowledge of a Nordic language and experience with public procurement or government tenders would be an advantage
