Overview
Join our Bioprocess Solutions team as a Technical Documentation Specialist. This position is full time and remote, with around 15% international travel. Ideally located near Havant, Hampshire or Royston, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
- You will work with Technical Documentation and Product Support Specialists and other stakeholders to document technically complex processes and specifications
- Creating service manuals and technical documents, including maintenance and calibration instructions as well as developing, collecting and publishing technical information
- You will participate in the standardisation of service documentation
- Do you enjoy continuously learning new things? You will work on various projects simultaneously, often time sensitive with the ability to understand the complexity of our Bioprocess systems
- In addition, you will monitor user feedback and the implementation of improvements in the documentation
- You will work closely with many global teams, all working towards the same goal of ensuring our documentation is correct and completed in a timely manner
What Will Convince Us
- Experience creating technical documentation, with the ability to understand complex technical data and communicate it clearly and appropriately to the target audience
- Basic knowledge of XML-based component content management systems
