The main mission is to ensure successful application, implementation, qualification, and use of our products, by supporting Sales and Field Application Specialists. In this role, you serve as the point of contact to all scientific inquiries for the assigned product portfolio funneled through by the sales team as well as via direct inquiries from product end users. You support pre- and post-sales activities for the assigned product and services portfolio. In addition, you identify potential causes of problems related to the use of products by customers and proposes relevant solutions using personal scientific experience, internal knowledge, and data as well as customer feedback.We are looking for a Scientific Support Professional for the Application Services department at Sartorius Albumedix Limited. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for scientific enquiries for the assigned product portfolio funneled through by the sales team as well as direct inquiries from product end users in our ATS Business Unit. You will work closely with Sales and Field Application Specialists to ensure successful application, implementation, qualification and use of our products at our customer sites. You will also provide solutions to issues customers are facing with the products using scientific experience, internal knowledge, data and customer feedback.The team consists of 7 professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.This position is full-time on a permanent basis. It is an onsite role in central Nottingham, and the site is easy to get to, being a short walk from the train station and tram stop.**Grow with us – Your Responsibilities*** On a daily basis you will answer scientific and technical questions from prospects/customers and Sales colleagues concerning the use of the business unit products, in accordance with quality and deadline requirements.
