Join our Mould Shop department as a Planner in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. We are looking for a Planner to join the Mould Shop department at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the department by overseeing planning and strategy within the mouldshop. You will ensure components are available and the department delivers on target dates. The goal is to achieve On Time Delivery by gathering and using data to make data driven decisions. You will also oversee new tooling introduction, liaise with other departments to ensure all relevant qualification stages have been completed to ensure a successful handover.
This position is available full-time in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 7:10/55 – 16:10/55 and Friday 7:10/55 – 12.10/55.
Our site in Stonehouse site is a manufacturer of plastic components and single – use products, such as lab scale bioreactors and filtration.
What You Will Do
- On a daily basis you will develop, maintain, and adjust the injection mould production schedule in line with demands
- Ensure production data is correctly maintained to ensure efficient planning processes in SAP
- Track Mould Tool qualifications, documentation and status of Production Qualifications (PQs), Change Control Reason (ECRs)
- Identify and expedite production shortages in a timely manner
- Create and analyse monthly mould shop metrics. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- You would maintain systems to ensure compliance to ISO 9001, 13485 and IVD regulations including good documentation practices

- Experience in production scheduling or materials management ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong administrative, planning and coordinating experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and be highly organized paired with good attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ERP systems ideally with SAP
- Experience communicating with stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Data analysis experience to support in decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic with initiative and commitment to achieving results
- Ability to work well within a team as well individually
