We are looking for a Master Data and Project Coordinator to join our team in Havant.

Join our Operations team as a Master Data and Project Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring day to day operations run smoothly by coordinating activities, maintaining accurate information and supporting effective collaboration across teams. Through effective management of engineering and production data, coordinating engineering changes and supporting manufacturing readiness you will enable our teams to focus on what matters most: better health for more people.

Grow With Us – Your ResponsibilitiesCreate, extend and maintain SAP master data records, including material and part numbers, while ensuring data integrity, governance compliance and the accurate processing of changes through SAP FioriCoordinate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring changes are accurately reflected in SAP and manage drawing releases, transmittals and engineering documentation updates using Solid EdgeCreate and maintain production Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production orders in SAP, supporting manufacturing readiness for new product introductionsCoordinate new part costing with Finance and maintain accurate production structures to support reliable standard costs and product costingInvestigate and resolve SAP transactional issues, including COGI errors, support consumption reconciliation, update purchase order documentation and maintain system accuracy across relevant modulesProduce operational KPIs and management reports, monitor workloads, backlogs and process performance and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, root cause investigation and corrective and preventive actions.

What Will Convince UsProven high level administrative experience, with excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong experience using SAP, ideally including SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and FioriA good understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes, gained within a relevant environmentExperience in a planning or coordination role would be beneficial, with a highly organised and structured approachPractical experience of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within a manufacturing or engineering settingA collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across different teamsStrong problem solving skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workloads effectively when requiredIn order to commence working with us, the successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
