Join our Quality department as a Document Controller at our Technology Terrace site, West of Scotland Science Park. We are looking for a Document Controller to join the Quality department at Sartorius Stedim BioOutsource. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all documents and reports on work that has been completed in our laboratories. The overall team consists of 10 people, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full-time with a salary of up to £27,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. This is an onsite role at our Glasgow site at West of Scotland Science Park.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

  • On a daily basis you will be reviewing, formatting and proof-reading master documents and study related documents related to testing
  • Control and Issue of documents required by Operations for study work, and work relating to the maintenance of the Quality Management System
  • Scan documents for electronic archiving and retrieve data
  • Archiving (raw data and study files)
  • Ensure traceability and recall of documents from archive
  • Alerting for periodic document review
  • Create batch folders and labels for testing records/ studies whilst following GMP guidelines
  • Use Trackwise Digital for deviations and CAPAs
  • Use Dot Compliance for training and Document Management
  • Email completed reports/COA’s to the client

What will convince us
