Join our Service team in Epsom as a Service Support Administrator. Do you have strong administrative experience and good communication skills? If so, there is a great opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join our Customer Service Team. Service Support will remain the biggest differentiator to give us the competitive edge in the market. It is the key pillar of the Service Organisation in supporting the Service Engineers, implementing processes and coordination with cross functions. Through this Sartorius can provide efficient service on time with more clarity through process, thereby gaining maximum customer satisfaction.
The team consists of eight professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full-time, based on site in Epsom. Once fully trained there will be the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities- On a daily basis you will be supporting the service sales team by raising quotations, creating service agreements, actioning service agreement amendment enquiries, following up on renewals, invoicing, ensuring all documentation is correct and inputting details onto the system.
- You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the service team, managing your own area of customers being their first point of contact via phone and email to ensure a smooth transition throughout the contract renewal process.
- You will work closely with engineers, quality and scheduling teams building and maintaining good working relationships to enhance the customer experience.
- You will run Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports, be responsible for ordering service agreement consumables, update spreadsheets and process emails from a shared inbox.
- You will have strong experience within a support administration position.
- Possess very good attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and rectify them.
- Be proactive in your approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
- Enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually.
- Be a confident communicator making yourself easily approachable and adapting to the changing needs of customers and internal stakeholders.
- Have the ability to take ownership of varied processes.
- Experience in SAP (Service Module) would be ideal though full training will be provided.
- Have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
