The Role:
As the Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our kitchen team to culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coaching kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety protocols. During busy service periods, you'll command the pass while providing support to chefs on various kitchen sections, ensuring efficient food preparation and timely service. In the absence of the Head Chef, you'll seamlessly oversee kitchen operations, maintaining quality and consistency throughout. Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing cost control through ADACO-assisted stock ordering will be part of your routine, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety regulations is paramount. Moreover, you'll collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to address customer feedback and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
