As we scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk. This is a strategic hire: you will inherit established client relationships and an active candidate pool within our core sectors, allowing you to focus on high-level delivery and sophisticated account growth.

The Role:

We aren’t looking for someone to learn the ropes. We’re looking for a seasoned 360 recruiter who knows how to navigate the fast-paced contract market. You will take ownership of a desk with an existing run-rate, using your expertise to maximise current accounts while strategically identifying new opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Optimisation: Manage and expand a "warm" portfolio of clients within Civil Engineering, Town Planning, and Building Control.
  • Full 360 Execution: Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from high-level brief taking to contractor care and compliance.
  • Market Mapping: Proactively identify and headhunt passive talent for specialized contract requirements.
  • Strategic Business Development: Move beyond "spec calls" and use a consultative approach to win new tenders and preferred supplier status.
  • Mentorship: Act as a lead figure in the office, providing guidance and best-practice examples to Trainee and Junior Consultants.
  • Contract Management: Oversee your contract book with precision, ensuring high retention and seamless renewals.
