Our housekeeping team is at the heart of the guest experience — and we're growing it. We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Room Attendant to join us on a 32-hour contract, with the opportunity for additional hours when the business requires. What you'll be doing
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to brand standard within agreed timeframes
- Changing linen and making beds to a consistently high standard
- Replenishing room amenities, toiletries, and supplies
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor
- Handling lost property in line with hotel procedures
- Supporting public area cleaning as required
- Working as part of the housekeeping team to meet daily room allocation targets
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred, though full training is provided
- A strong eye for detail and high personal cleanliness standards
- A reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- The ability to work at pace without compromising on quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
