We're looking for an experienced and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team on a full-time basis. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of room attendants and public area staff, ensuring that rooms and communal spaces consistently meet brand and quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires confidence, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising and directing the housekeeping team on shift, including room attendants and public area cleaners
- Allocating and checking daily room assignments, ensuring deadlines are met and standards upheld
- Inspecting serviced bedrooms and public areas to confirm they meet required cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing development of housekeeping team members
- Managing linen and amenity stock levels, ordering supplies as required
- Liaising with the front desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and fault reporting
- Handling guest feedback relating to housekeeping and addressing issues swiftly
- Assisting with COSHH compliance, safe chemical handling, and housekeeping health & safety documentation
- Supporting the Head Housekeeper or Rooms Division Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks
