The Sarina Russo Group has established itself as an industry leader in education, training, recruitment and job creation for over 45 years. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Facilitator/Coach to deliver Employability Skills Training (EST) to our participants both virtually and face to face. You will mentor and facilitate the program to create real opportunities.
This is a government initiated program, to assist in the development of job ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology and skills to become more competitive in the local labour market. This is a Full Time role working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The right candidate will need to be able to travel to various locations across Sydney South West including our Liverpool or Bankstown location initially with additional locations in the future.
Requirements of the role:
- Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services (ideal but not essential)
- Must be able to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Proficient with technology and strong Administration skills
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those for whom English is a second language
- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to promote our clients to potential employers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
