The Position: Applications are invited for an Export Planner/ Coordinator based at our SARIA Ltd, Doncaster site. This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As an Exports Logistics Planner, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company's requirements but will include the following:
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial Team.
- Managing the customer account databases; including data entry, analysis and customer KPI reporting.
- Call handling customer enquiries and sales support.
- Managing the filing systems.
- To complete export documentation, re-scheduling, invoicing, shipping documents.
- Build strong relationships both internally in the organisation and externally with customers.
- Managing sales enquiries and coordinating sales.
- Scheduling customer collections and deliveries of finished products.
- Management of sales contracts.
- Arranging and scheduling transport.
- General administration duties.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is essential, with prior export experience considered an advantage. Have 5 GCSE's at grade 5 or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Have sound decision making skills, including the ability to analyse information from multiple sources. Be able to prioritise workload accordingly.
