This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with proven experience in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, user adoption, change management, governance, and collaboration technologies.

Location: SARIA Ltd, Doncaster

Business: SARIA UK have a market-leading presence in various sectors associated with the food chain. SARIA manufacture quality products for use in human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, aquaculture, and industrial applications. The company also produces biofuels and renewable energy providing services for farming and the food industry.

The position is based in the UK and has a European scope, supporting users and stakeholders across multiple European entities. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The duties and responsibilities of this role involve various elements, inclusive of:

  • Driving the adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, promoting best practices, supporting governance initiatives and supporting employees to maximise the value of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Driving SharePoint adoption, improving user experience, and promoting effective information management practices across the organisation.
  • Actively support the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, along with the emergence of AI agents and Copilot Studio-based scenarios.
  • Work effectively with end users, local IT contacts, service desk teams, and the European Modern Workplace team, ensuring that users are informed, supported, and empowered to work efficiently while respecting governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of various Microsoft 365 services and reducing ticket volumes.
  • Improve awareness and education of Microsoft 365 within the company by carrying out training programmes/initiatives.
  • Ensure all documentation remains aligned with Microsoft best practices and organisational standards, developing self-service documentation.

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Digital Workplace, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 environments, digital workplace, collaboration technologies, adoption programs, or related areas.
  • Microsoft Certifications in MS-900 (MS 365 Fundamentals), MS-700 (Managing MS Teams), MS 365 Certified: Collaboration or Modern Workplace related certifications are desirable.
  • A strong expertise of Microsoft 365 collaboration services and SharePoint Online is required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong experience driving user adoption, change management, and employee enablement initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, achieve deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, inclusive of the ability to engage, collaborate and influence at all levels with various stakeholders within the UK and within Europe.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Proficiency in an additional European language is highly valued, as the role involves regular interaction with users and stakeholders across multiple European countries.
  • A full clean UK driving licence.

The role is office based at SARIA Ltd Headoffice in the UK (Doncaster) with occasional travel across Europe.
