We’re looking for a motivated Finance Graduate to join our central finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure across multiple departments while contributing to high-quality financial support across the business. From assisting with month-end processes to analysing data and delivering insights, you’ll build a strong foundation in financial operations—while working closely with experienced professionals who will support your progression toward producing full management accounts. With full study support for ACCA or CIMA, this role is ideal for a graduate ready to learn, grow, and make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Rotate across different finance functions to build a broad understanding
- Support month-end processes and develop toward full management accounts preparation
- Maintain and manage the fixed assets register
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Assist with year-end audits
- Produce and analyse KPI reports
- Turn financial data into meaningful insights for management
- Collaborate with teams across the business to support operations and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or predicted) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good working knowledge of Excel / MS Office
- Commercial awareness and interest in business
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to work with non-finance colleagues
