Overview
In this role you drive safe and effective Sarepta therapies to medical providers within a defined US territory, supporting the growth of a Duchenne-focused portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate HCPs, identify new patients, and help accelerate access to care. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment, shaping how new therapies reach clinicians and families. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence care delivery in rare diseases at scale.

Responsibilities
- Promote safe and effective use of Sarepta therapies per label and training
- Drive enrollment form attainment for four approved products (Amondys 45, Exondys 51, Vyondys 53, Elevidys) within territory
- Build and nurture referral networks to identify and re-engage patients across sites of care
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs across neurology/neuromuscular subspecialties
- Conduct weekly in-person physician meetings and collaborate with matrix resources
- Execute consultative selling to achieve optimal results and establish NCSS leadership in clinical selling
- Develop strategic account plans with defined objectives for comprehensive territory coverage
- Identify na ve DMD patients and educate HCPs on timely diagnosis and access to care
- Lead HCP education on genetic testing, access, amenability, and antibody assay download/pull-through
- Engage in ongoing outreach to priority leads aligned with business strategy
- Stay current on the DMD landscape, including disease knowledge, drivers, referral patterns, reimbursement, and care gaps
- Allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs and address DMD care gaps
- Exercise sound judgment, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and collaborate across functions
- Challenge convention and share best practices within the NCSS team
- Assume responsibility for projects and other duties as assigned by management
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years field experience in biotech, preferably in orphan diseases
- Neuromuscular or Pediatric Neurology or related specialty preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments in orphan/rare diseases
- Excellent consultative selling skills with proven performance
- Passion for improving DMD patient care
- Adaptability to new technologies and continuous learning
- Product launch experience highly desired
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Advanced MS Office and Veeva/Salesforce usage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and good standing
- Ability to travel up to 70%
