About the Role: As a Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a critical role in scaling our Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization during a period of rapid growth. You’ll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting processes as we scale. As part of a fast‑moving, remote‑first organization, you’ll thrive in an environment that values ownership and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for GTM roles across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy.
- Source, screen, interview candidates through various channels (job boards, direct outreach, social media, networking).
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and closure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, at least 3+ years in a high‑growth tech startup.
- Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands‑on experience recruiting in UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets.
- Strong understanding of fast‑paced environments and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Passion for data‑driven recruiting and comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Exposure to People Operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with diverse international teams and understanding hiring nuances across geographies.

Compensation: Base pay £67,000 – £82,000 + equity + attractive benefits.
