As a Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization within the EMEA region during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Talent Lead for Business, you’ll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting processes as we scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, including sales, business development, sales engineering, integrations, accounts management, partnership, and more, across multiple regions in EMEA, MENA, and APAC.
- Own the full candidate journey from first touch to close, sourcing proactively across job boards, applicants, outbound outreach, social media, and your network.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring teams by providing market insight and mapping, funnel recommendations, and calibration support throughout the search.
- Own the candidate experience from first outreach through offer close - every candidate, regardless of outcome, should leave the process feeling respected and well-informed.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for GTM (sales, post-sales, marketing, partnership) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on recruiting experience across UK and broader EMEA, MENA, APAC, US, and Canada with empathy and understanding for the nuances that make each hiring market unique.
- A bias for action. You understand fast-paced recruiting, can manage multiple open reqs, reprioritize on the fly, and still close candidates.
- A passion for data-driven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels across the organization.
- A general knowledge of People Operations, including exposure to onboarding support, process improvements, compliance, job architecture, and compensation philosophies.
- Comfort with ambiguity - processes here are built, not inherited.

Compensation: Base pay range of £75,000 - £100,000 + Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits.
