About the Role: As a Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a critical role in scaling our GoâToâMarket (GTM) organization during a period of rapid growth. Youâll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting processes as we scale. As part of a fastâmoving, remoteâfirst organization, youâll thrive in an environment that values ownership and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the fullâcycle recruitment process for our GTM roles, including sales, postâsales, marketing, and more, across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidateâtoâhire process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in fullâcycle recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a highâgrowth tech startup environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for GTM (sales, postâsales, marketing, etc.) roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Handsâon experience with recruiting in the UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting for fastâpaced environments with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A passion for dataâdriven recruiting and a strong comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports.
- Exposure to People Operations is a plus, including onboarding support or process improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding the nuances in hiring across different geographies and cultures.

Compensation: Base pay range of $90,000 - $110,000 (ÂŁ67,000 - ÂŁ82,000) + Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits.
