We’re recruiting a Project Manager for a high-growth company that designs and manufactures innovative products for the fitness and health industry. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing complex, technical projects and a passion for delivering top-quality results. Based in Bodmin, this position will play a key part in ensuring the company’s growth by leading key projects, improving project management capabilities, and working with both internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver critical projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timelines
- Oversee and develop project management processes and methodologies
- Support cross-functional teams through coaching and development of project management skills
- Manage risks and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Work with suppliers, partners, and customers to improve project management and delivery
About You:
You’ll have experience in managing large-scale projects within manufacturing, engineering, or technology, with a proven track record of delivering results. You’ll need strong leadership and communication skills to inspire confidence and drive success across teams. PRINCE2, PMP, or Six Sigma certifications are highly desirable, along with the ability to manage risk, relationships, and complex project environments.
