Customer Success Manager

Location: Exeter (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they get maximum value from the product.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve customer understanding and usage.
  • Collaborate with clients face-to-face and remotely to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients, ensuring a hands-on approach to customer success.
