An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business in the sports industry!
We're seeking a commercially driven Senior Account Manager to lead sports accounts across licensing, club merchandise, performance and heritage brands.
You’ll manage key relationships and oversee projects from sourcing and costing through to production and delivery, ensuring quality, profitability and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sports accounts and relationships with licensors, clubs, brands and retail partners.
- Manage licensing approvals, artwork and product compliance.
- Oversee sourcing, factories, costing and critical paths through to delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, manage margins and budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, develop existing partnerships and win new business.
- Drive product innovation through sports, fan and retail trends.
- Represent the business at industry events, ensuring regulatory, ethical and Health & Safety compliance.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in account management, production or sourcing within sports apparel
- Experience in sports licensing, club merchandise or retail production.
- Strong supply chain, critical path, costing and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute, organised and confident managing budgets and analysing data.
- A proactive relationship builder who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about sport, adaptable and focused on delivering results.
