An exciting new role has arisen for a Womenswear Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser for a well-established fashion wholesaler to the high street.

Responsibilities as a Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser

  • Communication with buyers regarding proposed and existing orders.

This involves sample requests, amendments, approvals, price negotiations, quantities, order confirmations and purchase orders.

  • Communication with factories in relation to samples, dispatch dates, prices, amendments, approvals, purchase orders, production space and production timelines.
  • Raising and updating purchase orders.
  • Updating the critical path with new order confirmations and amendments.
  • Managing cost trackers and price negotiations.
  • Creating and maintaining internal spreadsheets and documents.
  • Collating, tracking, and organising samples to ensure they reconcile with the tech packs.
  • Supporting the design department with previous sales order data.

Requirements

Personal Skills: You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency.
