Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth London | Full-time, Office Based | Permanent + Bonus + Flex Hours + Ealry Finish Fri An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth to lead the online growth of an established fashion brand. This strategic yet hands-on Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth role will oversee Shopify e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, marketplaces, social media and digital trading, working closely with the Directors and wider Buying, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities * Lead trading and optimisation of two Shopify websites, improving merchandising, customer journey, conversion and sales. * Drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google, SEO and other digital channels, maximising ROAS. * Lead CRM and retention across email and SMS, including segmentation and automated customer journeys. * Manage and grow third-party marketplaces, ideally including Mirakl. * Develop omnichannel initiatives connecting e-commerce, social and physical retail. * Own online commercial performance, analysing sales, profitability, ROAS, MER, CAC, conversion and CLV. * Oversee digital content, photography and social media across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms, including AI-generated content. * Identify and implement AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and growth. * Lead the digital function and work with senior stakeholders to identify new commercial opportunities and shape digital strategy. Skills & Experience * Proven e-commerce leadership experience within fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail. * Strong hands-on Shopify experience. * Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and digital acquisition. * CRM experience with Klaviyo, Attentive or similar. * Marketplace experience, ideally Mirakl. * Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, conversion and CLV. * Experience across content, social media and creative production. * Passion for fashion, digital innovation, AI and emerging technology. * Commercially minded, analytical and hands-on, with strong leadership and communication skills.
