We are seeking a talented and experienced Women's Wear Designer across Nightwear and Loungewear to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, colour and print and the ability to translate these into commercially successful ranges. Designing for trend driven high street accounts such as River Island, ASOS, Primark, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with design director and account managers to design seasonal collections.
  • Select fabrics, trims, colour palettes, prints and graphics that complement the design vision and USP.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and technical packs for each design.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers creating initial rack ups of appropriate styling.
  • Attend customer meetings with account manager, adhering to requirements and deadlines.
  • Guide junior designer fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Work closely with the technical and production team to ensure designs are to our established blocks, are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with a focus in Women's Nightwear and Loungewear.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textiles.

  • Willingness to travel for research, sourcing, attending industry events.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current and future trends.
