Responsibilities as a Wholesale Fashion Merchandiser
- Communication with buyers regarding proposed and existing orders.
This involves sample requests, amendments, approvals, price negotiations, quantities, order confirmations and purchase orders.
- Communication with factories in relation to samples, dispatch dates, prices, amendments, approvals, purchase orders, production space and production timelines.
- Raising and updating purchase orders.
- Updating the critical path with new order confirmations and amendments.
- Managing cost trackers and price negotiations.
- Creating and maintaining internal spreadsheets and documents.
- Collating, tracking, and organising samples to ensure they reconcile with the tech packs.
- Supporting the design department with previous sales order data.

Requirements
