Are you an experienced Production Coordinator looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading high street fashion supplier, working with trend-driven womenswear collections for some of the UK's best-known retailers. Key Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders and managing day-to-day factory communication
- Liaising with in-house Technologists and customer technical teams regarding fits and approvals
- Managing and updating critical paths to ensure on-time delivery
- Overseeing the sample process from development through to production
- Approving lab dips, strike-offs, bulk fabrics, and production submissions
- Attending critical path meetings alongside Account Managers
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and managing shipment clearance processes
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in a Production Coordinator role within a supplier environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
