This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Jersey Designer looking to develop their career further within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for designing innovative and commercially viable womenswear jersey garments across multiple product categories. You will work closely with the design, sales, and production teams to develop ranges that are trend-led, price-aware, and tailored to high street clients.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Research current trends and interpret them into commercially appealing jersey designs.
  • Design across core jersey categories including tops, dresses, skirts, casualwear.
  • Create clear and detailed CADs and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Develop seasonal colour palettes, fabric direction, and trim details suitable for various customers.
  • Liaise with the fabric sourcing team to select suitable jersey bases and finishes.
  • Collaborate with in-house print designers to create bespoke graphics and prints.
  • Oversee the sample development process, ensuring fit and construction meet customer standards.
  • Respond to customer briefs and adapt designs according to client feedback.
  • Stay informed on high street competitors and emerging jerseywear trends.
  • Working within a dynamic team with a lovely culture to help take the business to the next level!

About you:

  • Strong understanding of high street fashion, market/trend aware.
  • Excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines.
  • Can do attitude.
