E-commerce Trading & Marketplace Manager

A leading, trend-led women's fashion brand is seeking a commercially driven E-commerce Trading & Marketplace Manager to grow profitable sales across its websites and third-party marketplaces.
Ideal for someone with a fashion, womenswear or apparel background , this hands‑on role combines marketplace partnerships, commercial trading, stock optimisation and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Manage retail partners, trading meetings, product launches, pricing and promotions.
- Commercial Trading: Analyse sales, margins, stock, sell-through and returns to maximise profitability.
- Website Trading: Oversee merchandising and daily trading across two fashion e-commerce websites.
- Team & Reporting: Coordinate the trading team, deliver performance reports and improve operational processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in fashion e-commerce, womenswear or apparel retail .
- Marketplace account management, ideally with partners such as NEXT, ASOS, Debenhams, Matalan or Freemans.
- Strong commercial understanding of stock, margins and seasonal trading.
- Excellent Excel, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable: Shopify, Mirakl, iLevel and experience growing marketplace accounts.
Reporting to the Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth, you'll drive commercial performance within a supportive team, with great career development opportunities.
