A leading High Street supplier to River Island, ASOS and Primark is looking for a Fashion Sales Administrator to join their expanding team! You will naturally show a passion for high street fashion with an understanding of current trends. Some internship experience in Fashion/Retail would be beneficial. A great role for a graduate!
Key responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Managing customer critical path, ensuring the smooth running of orders from initial order to delivery
- To assist Sales team and Merchandisers in departmental plans
- To initiate costings and understand procedures
- To follow up fit comments and action costings where required
- To send bulk submissions to customers and follow up approvals
- To chase production sample approvals
- To ensure internal systems are up to date
Requirements:
- Preferable completed a Fashion related Course/Degree
- Ideally 1 year experience in Retail/Wholesale (but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisation, co-ordination and communication skills
- Fashion experience and a good eye for product
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office/Excel
