Kernel is seeking a RevOps Lead to own revenue systems, data, and operating rhythms across Sales, Marketing, and Finance as we scale toward $100m+ ARR. This builder role places you as the first dedicated RevOps hire, deploying Kernel on our CRM and turning insights into actions for Product and Engineering.
You’ll report to the Head of Finance & Operations and collaborate closely with GTM leadership and Ops teams, based in our London office with high autonomy and pace.
