I am working with a retail business in the Greater Manchester area to recruit a Head of Finance. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead financial reporting, preparing monthly and annual results with commentary and board packs
  • Ensure all statutory accounts and filings are filed in accordance with UK GAAP
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, HMRC, bank and investors
  • Provide commercial support to the business and Group CFO
  • Lead and develop a small finance team
  • Lead and implement financial projects and financial controls

We are looking for:

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 10 years PQE
  • Proven track record at Head of Finance or Finance Director in retail/consumer/multi site businesses
  • Excellent technical, leadership and commercial skills

This role will be office based with a salary to £85,000 plus benefits.
