Head of Finance
South Manchester
circa £85,000 plus benefits
I am working with a retail business in the South Manchester area to recruit a Head of Finance.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead financial reporting, preparing monthly and annual results with commentary and board packs
- Ensure all statutory accounts and filings are filed in accordance with UK GAAP
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, HMRC, bank and investors
- Provide commercial support to the business and Group CFO
- Lead and develop a small finance team
- Lead and implement financial projects and financial controls
We are looking for:
- Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 10 years PQE
- Proven track record at Head of Finance or Finance Director in the retail industry (essential)
- Excellent technical. leadership and commercial skills
This role will be office based with a salary circa £85,000 plus benefits.
